Cream Cheese Frosting
24 oz of cream cheese, room temp
1 ½ cups of butter (3 sticks) room temp
3 cups confectioners sugar (taste it and add sugar, if desired, up to 5 cups of sugar total)
1tsp vanilla extract
1. Beat butter and cream cheese until well blended.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. (It took me about 5-10 min with a hand mixer)
