These are amazing fat-free, super fast cookies! They are so easy to make that anyone can make them! They literally take 5 min to make and 4 min to bake!
So far all kids that tried these always demanded more 🙂
This is also my last minute kid-friendly dessert to make.
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Preheat the oven to 375 F
1. Mix eggs with sugar. You can whisk them but no more than 1 min.
2. Add flour to the sugar egg mixture and mix well.
3. Grease the baking sheet with a little butter.
4. Use a spoon to pour the batter in a shape of circles.
Bake until the edges of the cookies become golden brown (for about 3-5 min).
After they are baked, pinch the sides of the cookie to form a lily. Form the flower while they are still very hot. You can use a glove if your skin is very sensitive to heat. You have to work fast because when they cool, they will break and not stick well. I would say you have about a minute to pinch the edges.
You can also fill them with your favorite cream or put a long slice of fruit inside to make it look more like a flower
